Vissoux Pierre Chermette Brouilly 2007

This Beaujolais has a nose of cassis, and ripe blackberries with a palate of green peppers, strawberries and cherry candies overlapping nuances of white pepper, and a slightly medicinal, violet edge and finally a bit of gamey salami. Finishes nicely, has some depth.
