Coppola has successfully striven to create a good everyday wine expressed here in a blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Geyserville, California.
Starting with good texture, and solid tannic structure, this robust red shows sweet fruity aromas, with mint, anise, and licorice, accompanied by an earthy attitude, while the palate goes first to sour cherries, then opens to the sweeter fruits as strawberries, and raspberries.
