Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut


Well, we got our first snow day here in New York, over 20", a perfect excuse for a bottle of champagne, Veuve Clicquot. Fresh citrus and floral aromas with flavors of apple, kiwi and cream. Paired with chicken cutlets, risotto with pancetta, mushrooms and white truffle oil, and sauteed broccoli.
