The 2004 Chateau Le Pey Cru Bourgeois is a Bordeaux blend made from 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in French oak barrels.
Deep garnet red in color with a bouquet of ripe red berries, earth, mineral, mint and eucalyptus. On the palate tobacco is present along with nuances of wood and spices supporting a balanced wine with marked tannins.
